Resident Parking: In addition to the enclosed garage parking for each Condo unit, two (2) parking spaces are assigned for exclusive use by each unit: These are:
1) The driveway in front of the unit. Cars must be pulled sufficiently forward enough so as not to obstruct the sidewalk.
2) The marked parking stall assigned to your unit (it has your unit’s number painted on it)
If additional parking is needed, you may park on 12th North, or ask your neighbor to temporarily use their stall.
Guest Parking are allocated for temporary use by guests and/or service vehicles only. Residents may not utilize guest spots for permanent, personal or long-term use.
Boats and RV Storage Area: Boats & RVs belonging to current HOA residents only may be parked at the end lot for storage. All such vehicles must be licensed & have current registration. Any vehicle or item not fitting this description is strictly prohibited from placement therein.
Parallel parking against any Regent Court HOA sidewalk or driveway is specifically prohibited by Utah Fire code, Orem City Ordinance, and Regent Court Bylaws. Our street is legally too narrow to allow parallel parking. Even temporary parallel parking forces cars into oncoming traffic in order to get around you. It also prevents access by emergency vehicles, service vehicles or other commercial vehicles (including Orem City garbage trucks). Violators can be towed.
Sidewalks & Curbs Sidewalks and curbs adjacent to the condominiums are the property of Regent Court HOA; and, are to remain unobstructed. Because our street is exceptionally narrow, Fire codes, City Ordinance and Regent Court Bylaws prohibit street obstructions of any kind. Please do not leave anything against your curb. This includes basketball hoops, bikes, etc …
